Forms of cleaning

These can include high pressure cleaning, low pressure cleaning (Soft Washing) or a combination of both processes to achieve the desired results.

Pressure Cleaning

Use of a high pressure jet of water to blast away at the surface. The pressure alone is enough to remove the most stubborn organic growth from most surfaces and works quite well. Not all surfaces can cope with high pressure so the correct process will need to be used to ensure no damage occurs.

Soft Washing

A chemical application is applied to the selected exterior surface. Once applied this is given time to dwell to ensure that the algae, mould, lichen, moss or fungus breaks down and is killed. It is than thoroughly rinsed down to clean off and remove any loose organic growth remaining on the surface. Any stubborn organic growth remaining can be treated with a second treatment followed by another rinse until completely cleaned.

Combination of both cleaning processes

The combination of both Pressure Cleaning and Soft Washing processes can work hand in hand to achieve a better overall result. It can increase the time your surfaces will look cleaner for longer.
