METHODS OF CLEANING
HIGH PRESSURE CLEANING
High pressure cleaning involves a jet of water (1300 - 4000+ PSI) to blast away at the surface. The pressure alone is enough to remove organic growth from most surfaces and works quite well. Unfortunately, not all surfaces can hold up to high pressure.
SOFT WASHING
Soft washing is the use of a low pressure (usually under 500 PSI) with the method of applying a solution to the selected surface. Once applied this is given time to dwell to ensure that the algae, mould, lichen, moss or fungus breaks down and is killed. It is than thoroughly rinsed down to remove any remaining organic growth.
Stubborn growth can be treated with a second application of solution, if necessary, until the desired results are achieved.
COMBINATION OF BOTH METHODS
The combination of both High pressure cleaning and Soft washing methods can work hand in hand to achieve a better overall result. It can increase the time your surfaces will appear cleaner for longer.
