1.0 - Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the use of our pressure cleaning services and the use of our website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2.0 - Legally Binding Agreement

By accepting your quote with Rapid Jet Pressure Cleaning, you are entering a legally binding contract for work to be completed at an agreed-upon price. In the event that you break this contract without sufficient notice, this will incur a 50% fee of the total agreed price on the quote.

3.0 - Service Provision

We will provide pressure cleaning services as agreed upon with the client. We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem it necessary for any valid reason.

4.0 - Water Usage

You agree to provide Rapid Jet Pressure Cleaning the right to use an on-site water supply as needed to complete the stated clean without compensation. If an exterior water supply is required, it will be at an additional charge. It is the responsibility of the client to make sure the water supply is in working order before we arrive. 

4.1 - Additional charges will be applied if water is not available, runs out or if there is low water pressure/flow as this will increase the time to complete a clean.

5.0 - Clients Obligations

Clients must provide access to the areas to be cleaned at the agreed date and time. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the cleaning site is safe as possible and free from hazards. 

5.1 - While Rapid Jet Pressure Cleaning is on-site performing work, you are responsible for keeping all children and pets, as well as other individuals away from the work area. Please remain from using the surface until it is dry and safe to do so after our work is completed. This is for your safety.

6.0 - Scheduling

Scheduling in a business which relies upon the weather can be difficult. Inclement weather may affect scheduling. We try our best to keep scheduling conflicts to a minimum, however, circumstances that are beyond our control may affect your cleaning start and completion dates. You will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

7.0 - Cancellations

We respectfully ask that cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled clean. In the event that you break this agreement without sufficient notice, this will incur a 50% fee of the total agreed price on the quote.

8.0 - Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the pressure cleaning service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment; Bank transfers, credit card (Fees apply) or cash. Any variance to this policy must be agreed upon and in writing.

8.1 - Late charges will be immediately assessed on all balances not paid in accordance with contract terms. The customer agrees to pay any collection cost incurred by Rapid Jet Pressure Cleaning related to the collection process of outstanding balances.

9.0 - Product Warranties

All warranties are limited to those offered by the manufacturers of the products used. Rapid jet Pressure Cleaning makes no additional warranties. If you have a concern regarding our work, Rapid Jet Pressure Cleaning should be notified immediately so we can rectify it.

10.0 - Pre-Existing Stains/Markings

Some stains simply cannot be removed by pressure cleaning. Tree saps, plant markings, mineral staining, artillery fungus, rust, splatters from stains and paints are some examples of materials that cannot be removed by conventional means. Oxidisation on walls is a condition where the paint has been affected by the sun. A clean will not fix this problem, a repaint of the wall would be the remedy for this. We make every attempt to point these concerns out to the client during the initial quoting period.

11.0 - Spotting/Streaking on surfaces

Windows, Walls, or Decks may become water spotted/marked as a result from our cleaning process. This can be due to oxidisation on your roof being removed by the cleaning process, minerals present in the water and/or chemicals used for cleaning purposes. We do our best to limit this by thoroughly rinsing all surfaces before, during and after cleaning. Window cleaning is NOT included in our services.

12.0 - Liability

Rapid Jet Pressure Cleaning will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from the use of our pressure cleaning services. We expect your property to be in sound condition. This includes, but is not limited to all building materials, electrical services including receptacles and electrical fixtures. Doors and windows shall also be weathertight.

12.1 - We are not responsible for damages as a result of water ingress due to poor or improper installation of building materials, maintenance, electrical-related items, oxidized surfaces, doors or windows. Clients are responsible for removing any items of concern that will be in the way. These can include cars, furniture, plants or clothing.

13.0 - Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our privacy policy is available on our website.

14.0 - Intellectual Property

All content on our website is the intellectual property of Rapid Jet Pressure Cleaning and may not be used without our explicit permission.

15.0 - Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website.

16.0 - Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
